REFUNDS & REPRINTS

We have a 7 day refund & reprint policy!

If there is an issue with print quality or adherence to garment, we will reissue your order.  Contact Us no later than 7 days after receipt of your order to request a refund or a reprint. If your print quality is bad due to poor file quality, we will not reprint or reissue.  We will also not reissue or reprint due to Overlapping files in your gang sheet, incorrect design sizing in gang sheets, or color/design layout issues. If you need specific colorways, we recommend that you purchase our DTF color chart, and use it as a reference when selecting your colors.     If you request a refund or reissue for any other reason, please seek approval from management first.

Before placing an order, make sure that all the information in your shipping address is correct and enter a phone number so we can reach you in the event that an issue arises. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming all order details.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you don’t receive your refund within 7 working days: Check your bank account Reach out to your credit card issuer Your credit card issuer may take a few days to post your refund. Contact your bank Your bank often takes some time to post a refund.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gorillablanksdtf.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Gorilla Blanks, 8201 Broadway St, Ste 147, Pearland, TX 77581] 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your print quality is bad due to poor file quality, we will not reprint or reissue.  We will also not reissue or reprint due to overlapping files in your gang sheet if submitted that way, incorrect design sizing in gang sheets, or color/design layout issues. If you need specific colorways, we recommend that you purchase our DTF color chart, and use it as a reference when selecting your colors.   

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
